MEET ALLI WEBB
Alli Webb is a visionary, entrepreneur, author, and beauty industry innovator - best known for founding Drybar, the blowout-only salon that revolutionized women’s relationship with their hair. With an instinct for branding and an obsession with customer experience, she transformed Drybar from a simple idea and personal need into a nationwide phenomenon.
Since founding Drybar, Alli has continued to push boundaries with new ventures and thought leadership. She is the author of The Messy Truth, a candid and inspiring memoir on personal growth, entrepreneurship, and embracing life’s imperfections. She also runs The Messy Collective, an entrepreneur community-driven platform designed to uplift, connect, and support women as they navigate self-discovery and reinvention.
Now, Alli’s is going back to her roots and launching her newest venture, Messy. Messy is inspired by her personal hair journey of discovering that true beauty isn’t about perfection—it’s about embracing what’s real. Alli believes you can get the hair you want with the hair you have and Messy empowers people to celebrate their true texture, their individuality, and the beauty of what is.
